Where Liberty Dies.

Only in Canada can drug dealing, mass murderers operate in the light of day. They say they are not a criminal organization and that only 1% of them are criminals, but if you do the math it's more like 50-75% in America, with 100% in conspiracy or not currently charged. If you could ask "Do you, as the Hell's Angels, deal drugs in mass, across the country?" The answer would be "Yes." If you asked "Do you kill people as the result of the drug trade and in war with other gangs?" The answer would be "Yes." And "Have your gang members been convicted of murder, of women, children, police, grand parents, whole families and many innocent people?" The answer would be "Yes." So, how in the world is this gang able to do all of these things in Canada and the Canadian law system can't even take care of common sense threats of mass danger to the public from urban terrorists in their own country, when we are sending troops into foreign countries to take care of another country's problems? People are dying right here.

The Canadian government needs to get it's act together, because people are suffering and dying as a result of their inept law system, caring and effort, corrupt judges (caught in drug deals with Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs), corrupt cops and over all completely corrupt system. People are dying*. You need to change the charter of Rights and Freedoms, to take the abused freedoms of violent, drug dealing, murdering criminals, and return the freedom of their innocent victims. I would be more than willing to testify to them committing murder, attempted murder, torture, rape, threats, extorsion, drug dealing, conspiracy, blackmail, bribery and gangsterism. People are relying on you to protect them when you can't, in your own country. Get your act together before somebody innocent dies. 

I believe a retrial and mass arrest must be done for the 31 released Hell's Angels, as well as having Claude 'Macho' Giguere serving at least on life sentence, instead of 4 months to 2 years, for murder in the first degree, conspiracy in 149, conspiracy to gangsterism and drug trafficking, by changing the laws regarding previous time served. All due to the two key judges in the Megatrial having been caught in a drug deal with the defendants, wow, unforgivable.

A Request to Appeal the Release of 31 Hell's Angels Based on Judge Corruption

I think the release of the 31 Hell's Angels recently, as well as their leader who may only serve 4 months for various charges including murder, should be reviewed and appealed by the Canadian law system, due to the Quebec Superior Court Judge, and another key judge in the trial, are being linked to a drug deal with the Hell's Angels. Wow, this is unforgivable to be allowed to go on. I believe that any recent court decisions by the any judge in the Quebec Megatrial, resulting in the release of 31 dangerous criminals, who are fully convictable and can be tried, but were let off due to that 'the prosecution was unable to handle it', should be reviewed and appealed. In other words a retrial. I told you there was corruption and they were letting them off bit by bit. Tisk tisk.

"Hello, I am e-mailing you because I am completely shocked about Quebec Superior Court Judge, as well as another key judge in the Quebec Biker War Megatrial, being linked to drug deals with the defendants, the Hell's Angels. I believe it is unforgivable to let 31 dangerous criminals loose, and that their leader charged with murder may only do 4 months in prison, based on that the judges ruling the decision are not only corrupt, but doing drug deals with them. It seems illogical in the first place to release 31 convictable criminals, that the court said could be sentenced, but were released because they couldn't handle the megatrial. 

So, after a few dozen Hell's Angels were released for no reason, and the local Quebec Hell's Angels leader only faces 4 months to max 2 years, for drug trafficking and murder, two of the key judges in the trial are found to be corrupt and were caught doing drug deals with the defendant? I assume that this is already in the works, correct? As it must be legally binding to have a retrial if a judge is found to be corrupt and moreover doing illegal business, in the area of illegal drug trafficking, with the defence. I am just totally shocked to see it. As well, I thought I would mention that if Claude 'Macho' Giguere, is only possibly facing 4 months in jail, for drug trafficking and murder, because of previous time served, then I believe that the government should step up and handle this, especially now, by changing legislation to sentence men who are in conspiracy of the murder of 150 people, one of them directly, and drug trafficking, justly and properly, with at least one life sentence.

I ask that you please respond to this email, and as well if I could have permission to post your response on my blog, as a reassurance for the general public that this scandal is being dealt with. Thank you for your time.

Trafficking Ring Discovered, 103 Arrested

A ton of Hell's Angels, Canadian and American, and other criminals were recently taken off the street for mass drug trafficking.  Hopefully in 2013 the government will be able to protect it's people and their rights by outlawing and ending the Hell's Angels, by bringing them to justice and outlawing public presence based on the ignorantly obvious relation to crime and murder.

Hell's Angels Shot at an SUV with Pregnant Girl Inside

The Hell's Angels swarmed an SUV, to pursue a 20 year old man(?), and opened fire on the SUV while there was an 18 year old pregnant girl inside. Aren't you in your 60's? If you support them, this is what you are supporting, murder. They are all connected and do the exact same things, unless they are in an area where it is so corrupt the police take their side over the innocent, and you never even hear about it.

H.A. Murder of Grandparents

A couple, grandparents, were mistakenly executed by the Hell's Angels, they happened to move in to the house of a guy who had a conflict with the Hell's Angels. What do you expect trash to do besides be trash, I guess flip and threaten innocent people, and reporters. Cause they don't know anyone or whats going on, especially drug dealer wise, and an associate wouldn't ask before doing something in regards to the drug dealing in the area... I hate hypocritical liars, they're never honest, because if they were they would be in jail.

Hello, I have to say I am completely shocked that the Hell's Angels are allowed to operate in Canada. They are known to be the major drug traffickers in Canada everywhere, it's unquestionable, and besides trafficking drugs, they run prostitution rings, kill police (correctional officers), have police in their pockets, use witness intimidation, torture and they murder innocent people. Below are some names of those they've killed, including police, just from a couple of days of research. I don't see how with all of this undoubtable drug dealing and crimes and with all of the people they've killed, again two police officers, and were found guilty, how they are allowed to operate in the light of day, making the law look like a joke and citizens feel unsafe, which really shouldn't be possible. Aggravating H.A. Hypocrisy

'Good old boys' my backside, their hypocrisy is so much worse than criminals who are honest. We're just good old boys who didn't carry out this hit, we were going to, and now there just wasn't enough evidence to convict conspiracy, and 13 of us just plead guilty to the exact* same type of murder recently.

I find it funny when he thanked the jury for having a hard job to do, when 3 years prior the Hell's Angels were threatening the witnesses and the jury in a case, to where nobody wanted to be a jurer, I remember seeing that on the news.

Correctional Officers Killed by Hell's Angels

One of two correctional officers, Diane Lavigne and Pierre Rondeau, murdered by the Hell's Angels, cop killers. The order was given from Maurice "Mom" Boucher, top Hell's Angel in Quebec. The Death of Christian and ID of the Leader of the Hell's Angels

The Hell's Angels also murdered a kid named Christian in Mississauga, who botched an OD attempt. Christian happened to mention that the 'god' or leader of the Hell's Angels lives in Surrey BC with a girlfriend and a daughter, in 2006. Christian's death is confirmed from 2 sources.

Hell's Angels Murder in Kelowna

A Canada-wide warrant was issued for the arrest of Kelowna Hell's Angels member Robert Leonard Thomas, 46, in 2011, one of seven men charged with the murder of Kelowna resident Dain Phillips, who was beaten to death. 

Phillips is being remembered by friends and family on a memorial web site as a “gentle giant who never had a bad word to say about anyone.” “This is a senseless murder over a dispute for what?” said Fogarty during a Tuesday afternoon press conference where he announced full patch Hell's Angels, Norman Cocks, 31, and Thomas, 46, are accused of the second degree murder of Phillips. Hopefully they pay for it.

The Hell's Angels Murder of Cynthia Garcia

In Phoenix Arizona, the Hell's Angels brutally murdered a woman named Cynthia Garcia. There are different accounts, according to Cynthia's mother, Teresa, Cynthia was murdered by Paul Eischeid, as his initiation into the Hell's Angels, where she was stabbed 44 times, until her spine was severed. This is a concept called "blood in, blood out", where the gang member kills to get in and the only way out is death. Teresa spoke of this in a video by America's Most Wanted, which is no longer available. According to Fox News, she mouthed off to some Hell's Angels, so they beat her, stabbed her, threw her in the trunk of a car, drove to the desert and continued to stab her as she laid dying, a total of 44 times. The dirt bag was later caught in Argentina.

Hell's Angels Murder and Attempted Murder in Canada

All drug trafficking operations in Canada go through the Hell's Angels, the US as well. This shooting was not an accident, it was planned and had people over seeing that it went down properly. These people kill their own, anyone, shut down people's business and threaten people who do not cooperate, and have the police in their pocket, saying "better them than someone else", while they hide the murders they commit, you would normally just never hear of it. Personally, I think the false image and hypocrisy is worse than other gangs, because it allows for more corruption of good people.

Speaking of pigs, they also had a hand in the Pickton farm. Robert Pickton had parties for the Hell's Angels held at his farm. Do you think he would do that while having several of their prostitutes dead and buried on his land? They run the prostitution rings in the area, it was reported. Gangs use pig farms, because they eat human bodies and leave little trace. How these people sleep at night, I don't know, but these women deserve justice.
