The Hell's Angels Clubhouse "Charter Violation" Easily Solved

The British Columbia Hell's Angels are bringing forth a challenge in court against the BC government, as to the provinces's right to confiscate the already seized three clubhouses. 

They are claiming they are not a criminal organization, so they have rights in the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, that would make the government have to pay to investigate the properties, rather than not having to if the property belonged to a criminal organization. 

This seems like a cheap trick to deter the Crown and the province from continuing the investigation, or a quick out for possible crooked police, judges and politicians.

However, BC politicians like the mayor of Surrey, Dianne Watts, certainly raise the bar for politicians who are good people and uncorrupt, and who stand against organized crime syndicates, like the Hell's Angels, so it is not likely this travesty will fly.

Why is this a travesty? All the government has to do is prove the owners of the property were involved in criminal activity, and as you can see from the picture on this article, the East End clubhouse was full of cocaine, guns and contraband, when the property was seized as of 2005.

That was easy.

9 Toronto Hell's Angels Convicted

9 Toronto Hell's Angels have been convicted of drug trafficking, they were let off of being charged with organized crime, but good luck to the one's who were just arrested this year in Toronto too, caught in organized crime. Just not a good year for the Hell's Angels, I don't think they will last the year. 100 on trial in Quebec, these 9 and more from the recent bust convicted in Toronto, and having all of their club and drug houses seized in Ontario, and even the richest Hell's Angels, the entire East End on trial too. And having their Mexican drug connection infiltrated by the Feds.

I'm flipping through the pics of them on the report in the link below, which this post was based on, and wondering if any of these men who are now arrested could be the local leader, alias 'Santa'.

Finding The Hell's Angels Member Aliased 'Santa'

From information, I believe he is from Hamilton. Based on my own knowledge, he goes under the alias 'Santa', and calls all of the shots in the GTA down to Hamilton, this is confirmed from a direct source. Including the recent shooting/homicide at a cafe in Toronto, and a shooting in 2006 wounding victim Sean Erez.

If you take a look through the mugshots, you can see there are a lot of teenagers. Three of them were convicted of the rape that happened in BC, as a result of the Hell's Angels selling them date rape, and selling date rape in mass, I've read a report about them being caught with the largest amount that's been in possession, horrible. As well, you'll notice that the UN gang is hiring former Hell's Angels, the UN being a centrally ethnic gang, things must be looking down for the Hell's Angels, on top of being on trial in every major city, and having all of their houses and property seized in Ontario.

The Hell's Angels are known for this, recruiting young teens to deal drugs and use drugs, taking advantage of their lack of understanding and direction as a young teen. In my own life, I've known 12 to 13 year olds smoking weed, 16 year olds smoking crack and having a crack addiction and grade 9 or 10 students selling drugs, other people. Personally I hate drugs and drug dealers. I remember when I was 14 and I saw a 40-50 year old couple, smoking weed with 3 maybe 10 year old kids at best, sitting on the front of their car, they weren't related, they went separate ways after, the Hell's Angels would have been responsible as they get a piece of anyone selling drugs in their territory.

Crooked Canadian Law System Out in the Open

So, apparently getting caught with illegal weapons, no longer requires legal action in Canada. 4 men, in Salmon Arm now too, linked to the Hell's Angels, all wearing their insignia, got caught, while high on weed, with the following in their car: a sawed-off shotgun, a large quantity of ammunition, three handguns, a bullet-proof vest, baseball bat, axe handle, knives, bear spray and a radio jamming device designed to block outgoing transmissions. Not to mention a ski mask. I'm a law abiding citizen, and if I were caught with such things, which I wouldn't be, I'd be put away for a long time. Two of the men have been somehow let off. If that was 4 African-American males, they would be doing a lot of time, meanwhile the connected white Hell's Angels are let off.

This has come to be expected, considering the Ontario crown couldn't incriminate the Hell's Angels as a criminal organization and gave up.  If you read this blog this should be impossible, even for the most crooked of those in the Canadian law and justice system. When will the government in Canada ever be able to handle something so simple and horribly dangerous for everyone? The obvious crimes, the sale of crack, coke, meth, date rape, ketamine, acid, heroine and ecstasy, a majority of the sales to teens and young people. As well as the many murderers in the public news, as well as torture and running prostitution rings.

The Hell's Angels Ride to Intimidate the Government and Public

The papers in the links said it was to intimidate other gangs, but that doesn't make sense as they are the biggest gang around. Their main enemies right now are the Minister of Justice and Canadian government, with the current lawsuit right in this area right now, as well as the public in Surrey who are speaking out. The question is, will the Canadian government be bullied and pushed around in their own country or will they step up and do something?

Especially when the papers are too scared to point out the obvious. "It must be to intimidate other gangs", "but it could have been to commemorate a fallen member", "they stopped by the cemetery"  but no one was buried, "we don't know why they did the ride". To me, stopping at the cemetery shows they had bad intentions, as to give a fake reason to intimidate the public and law, if it isn't obvious.
